4. Intellectual Property

The platform content on NotebookAI Podcast, including but not limited to the website interface, graphics, logos, and proprietary software features, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Any content generated by users through our service, including generated audio files, images, subtitles, and transcripts, belongs to the respective users who created them. Users retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to their generated content.

While users maintain ownership of their generated content, they grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and deliver their content as necessary to provide our services.

5. Subscription and Service Changes

Pricing and Features

Existing subscribers will maintain their current pricing. However, the content and features within the same subscription tier may be adjusted as needed.

Subscription Management

It's important to understand the difference between canceling a subscription and canceling auto-renewal:

• Canceling auto-renewal (including clicking "Cancel Subscription" in Stripe Customer Portal) will prevent future charges but maintain access until the end of the current billing period
• Canceling a subscription immediately terminates access to the service

Multiple Subscriptions and Refunds

Multiple active subscriptions are treated as intentional and voluntary by default, as some users choose to subscribe to multiple plans to accumulate podcast generation quotas.

If you believe you have unintentionally created a duplicate subscription, please contact us immediately through our contact page or Discord for assistance and potential refund.

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy.

Issue Resolution

If you encounter any issues with your subscription, billing, or service, we strongly recommend contacting us directly through our contact page or Discord before initiating any bank disputes.

Direct communication with our support team typically results in much faster resolution times compared to bank disputes. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and finding the best solution for your situation.

Service and Content

NotebookAI Podcast is an independent service and has no connection to Google or any other companies or products. We operate independently to provide our AI-powered podcast generation services.

Voice content ownership remains with the original uploaders. If a voice contributor requests removal of their voice, we will discontinue the use of that voice. We strive to maintain a consistent number of available voices to ensure service quality.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
